When working in an office with colleagues, we tend to get distracted very easily. Sometimes freestanding screens are needed to distance ourselves from each other. Working on a table that matches your height is relevant when working for such long hours. Sitting correctly on the task chairs could keep us going as well as it could cater to our posture.
Also, researchers have stated that working a shorter shift could result in a higher productivity rate when comparing it to a 9 to 5 shift. Knowing that you could go home earlier, could make an employee want to work more intensely during the hours he/she is present.
